Minecraft Bedrock Removed from Microsoft Account

I got Bedrock edition years ago at launch for free, via promotion due to already owning a copy of java edition. It was stated that I'd never have to buy it and that it was a thank you for being an early adopter. I've played on both Java and Bedrock for various reasons interchangeably for years without issue, usually switching between the versions for various realms and servers with friends.

Today, I log in to Java and was told my Mojang account was no longer supported and that I would have to migrate it to a Microsoft account. I follow the steps to do so and then log into Bedrock to make sure its properly loading as well and find that I can't even boot the launcher. I log into the Microsoft store to update it via my library, thinking its probably just an old version of the launcher, click on it IN MY LIBRARY and I'm told that I have to "Get Minecraft" and that its not available on my account, but my Xbox profile shows my last active realm under Bedrock edition that I was playing within the last year with friends.

I researched this issue and saw several others posting here with the exact same issue being told to find the token code they were given 10+ years ago via the Mojang site at Bedrock's launch, which I have not figured out how to access, nor can I try to trace it via my Mojang account, because now that I've gone through the migration process, my old account has been deactivated. I would very much like the product that I've had for years returned to me and my access restored, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that.

Any actual help would be appreciated. So far, every thread I've found hasn't had a resolution posted with any success.

Could you try download and install the older Launcher marked as Windows 7/8 from this page - https://minecraft.net/download and then try sign in with your Microsoft account to see how it goes?

Also, when did you migrate your Mojang account?

I migrated it today, less than two hours before time of posting.

Not sure what's happening, but it randomly booted and connected to my account.

It wasn't updating. It wasn't installing.

It just would not load, showing the launcher last updated in march.

All of a sudden, I click on it in desperation and it loads just fine.

I'm very confused by all of this, but I'm happy to have it back.

Hopefully the backend servers were just an hour late to the party.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

1. Go to the Xbox website and sign in with the Microsoft account you're trying to use to sign in to Minecraft Bedrock.

2. Click on "Profile & settings" and then "Account settings".

3. Under "Your info", click on "Sign-in preferences".

4. Make sure that "Ask for my password" is selected under "Security preferences".

5. Scroll down to "Apps and services" and click on "Apps and services that can access your account".

6. Look for Minecraft Bedrock in the list of apps and services and click on it.

7. Click on "Remove these permissions" and confirm that you want to remove Minecraft Bedrock's access to your Microsoft account.

8. Try signing in to Minecraft Bedrock again with your Microsoft account.

When Minecraft stopped working, I used my Microsoft account. And this issue happened after I changed my main alias from E-Mail 2 to E-Mail 1. I can play Minecraft if I log in with my E-Mail 2.

I purchased Minecraft on my Mojang account before the migration, but I don't use my mojang account and that Microsoft account that was migrated to.

With my Mojang account (E-Mail 1) migrated to Microsoft account (E-Mail 4) I bad the Java Edition. With my first Microsoft account (E-Mail 1, now 3) I had Minecraft Bedrock Edition. And with the other MIcrosoft account (E-Mail 2, now 1) I have both Java and Bedrock.

I purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Microsoft Account (E-Mail 1, now 3) from the Microsoft Store and I purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Microsoft account (E-Mail 2, now 1) from the Microsoft Store but the Java Edition I purchased from minecraft.net. On my Mojang account (E-Mail 1, now migrated to Microsoft Account with E-Mail 3) I bought Minecraft Java from minecraft.net.

If the latest version of Minecraft Bedrock is not available on your Xbox One after logging in to your old Microsoft account, it is possible that the game has not fully synced its data. Here are some solutions to try:

2. Reinstall the game:
