Support agents and advocates can't do more than you can do for yourself with the account recovery form. They don't have the ability to send you password reset links or provide you other ways to access or change account details.

Hi again. Well, even in the account recovery form, the account still says it does not exist. I don't know why; maybe the hacker changed the address. I already bought Minecraft Bedrock Edition or Minecraft Windows 10 Edition for the specific account. I don't know what to do now. I just wanted to retrieve the account so my little siblings could play Minecraft on my computer. If it's only Minecraft it means that it is the Minecraft Bedrock Edition that is for Xbox only, the license of Minecraft Bedrock for PC is a different license. This is why we're experiencing the issue, xTCN123x.
