Minecraft Bedrock Realms is laggy

I have a Minecraft Realm on bedrock edition that lags whenever there is more than 4 people. Everyone is experiencing the same thing. Player lag by moving, then staying still, and then teleporting forward, it takes ages to eat, all entities lag as well. Does anyone know how to fix it? I am hoping to do wars and canon stuff, and I don't want it to be lagging. Please let me know how I can fix this, or even if I can't fix it

Is this a Realm for Minecraft Java or Bedrock?

I ask because they are purchased through different platforms. Java Realms are purchased on the Minecraft website and Bedrock Realms (for Windows or Xbox) are purchased through the Microsoft/Xbox store.
