Minecraft bedrock online permission

When my son tries to play minecraft bedrock with friends it says "You cannot add friends because of how your Microsoft account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy and online safety settings on aka.ms/accountsettings"

When he tries to play online at all, it says "You cannot play online multiplayer due to the way your Microsoft account is set up. Review and change privacy settings at aka.ms/accountsettings"

I've changed every setting to allow everything. He has full access to everything, so please don't simply suggest that. It's not that

Everything is allowed and everything has been logged out of

Is there a solution for this please?

If you're playing on Xbox, and you're having account privacy setting issues despite changing all the relevant settings then it's possible that removing the account from the Xbox One console and then re-adding that account might help solve the problem.

is minecraft java or bedrock?, if it is bedrock , you need to get into your xbox lve account and change the permissions, if you have pirated, download an apk with xbox live an finish!,if you purchased it, sing in, if you already made it, i dont know how help you, if it is minecraft java, open in lan for friends, or play with servers (look the correct version and the ip and if it is premium or no premium

To rule this out, you can run Minecraft.exe as an administrator to grant the program sufficient permissions:

Step 2: Right-click on Minecraft Launcher from the result list, and choose Run as administrator.
