I had encountered this same issue, and after a lot of troubleshooting, I found out that reducing your anti-aliasing to the minimum in your video settings fixes it.

If you have Minecraft Bedrock Edition for Xbox One, then you would be able to use that to install Minecraft from the Windows 10 store and play yes. Is that what you're asking for? Should be able to get it from the Windows 10 store and searching for Minecraft.

If you installed Minecraft launcher on C: drive, could you try install it instead on D: drive, or do the opposite to see how it goes
