Minecraft bedrock marketplace not working?

Done that multiple times it's only minecraft I'm having the issue with.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

To fix this kindly perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below accordingly:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work, check if this is the only game that you're having an issue with in-game data. If yes, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game.

I have had to uninstall Minecraft and reinstall to fix this. It not a permanent fix as it will happen again at some point. Just make sure all your worlds are synced to the cloud.

I have the same issue for a few months and have contacted Mojang. I have done everything they've suggested (restarting console, signing out of xbox live, etc.) and nothing has fixed it. It's frustrating to not be able to use the things I've paid for.
