Minecraft Bedrock lost

A while ago my mom bought me minecraft bedrock, then about a year later minecraft java. Then for about a year i have been playing only java edition and now i decided to play a bit of bedrock and realized that it was gone from my account. I tried to download it and sign in to my account but when i do it only suggests to buy a pack. my mom had bought me starter pack by the way, if that is any important. So if possible please help me out with this issue

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We need to locate the transaction for the game by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, once you were able to locate the transaction stated as "completed"

Once you were able to see it make sure to sign in on Microsoft Store App using the account then install it from there.

Are we talking about Minecraft bedrock? When you lost access to the game it's because you changed computers or how that happened?

Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I apologize for a delay in response.

Sorry to hear your worlds were deleted. Your worlds on Bedrock for PC are saved on your local storage. If you will uninstall the game I'm afraid that will delete the files for the game including worlds. I'm sorry to say this but there is no way to recover them as they are not saved anywhere else other than your local storage.

Please do try to check your Bedrock folder if there is any world files in there so you can confirm.

1. Press the Windows key and R simultaneously.

2. Copy and paste %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang and press Ok.

3. Open minecraftWorlds.

I understand how frustrating it can be to lose worlds. Moving forward it is best to backup your minecraftWorlds folder manually to make sure you will not lose worlds again.
