Minecraft Bedrock Lost Everything

So to preface, I've always hated bedrock edition, I think it's worse in every way than the xbox one edition, but for two reasons, I use it. First of all, Minecraft xbox one edition no longer gets updates. But secondly, and more importantly, it doesn't get
maintenance, so I transferred all my maps to bedrock a good long while ago so they wouldn't get corrupted by a game that's been left to die. I still dislike it for many reasons, but I use it because I have no choice, and I've made significant progress on my
worlds since the switch.

Recently however I encountered a problem and it was made worse by doing what I was told. The last time I'd played Minecraft was before my xbox broke, but that didn't matter because all my games were safely stored on an external hard drive. And recently I
bought a brand new xbox one X, same as I had before, no problems or anything. Yesterday I decided to hop on Minecraft, and it told me I either wasn't signed in or didn't own the game, depsite it being installed. But when I went to the xbox store, it said "play"
instead of "install" so it must have recognized that it was installed, the issue was something else. I searched up the xbox error code and found someone with the same issue as me had posted here. His situation was exactly the same so I followed the same instructions,
and he was told to soft reset without affecting games and apps. I figured I'd rather try uninstalling and reinstalling before resorting to a soft reset, so I did that. The game reinstalled and it still gave me the same error, I couldn't find any alternative
solutions so I went with what this guy was told because his situation was exactly the same as mine. I soft reset and afterwards, it let me load up the game.

With that issue solved, I thought it was over, but I couldn't be more wrong. The original issue was annoying but this new one was scary, it told me upon trying to sync one of my worlds that it either didn't fully sync or it had been corrupted. I tried again,
checked all my other worlds, uninstalled and reinstalled, hard reset, signed out and back in, cleared local saved games so I could sync my cloud saves, nothing worked. Upon searching it up, another guy had the same issue as me once again and had posted here.
All the things I tried, he was told to try, and none of the methods worked for us. The difference is that for him, only one of his worlds didn't work, for me none of them did. Xbox support had told him that if none of that worked, chances are his cloud saves
were corrupted by the soft reset, in which case there's nothing he can do short of asking a mojang representative what they can do with corrupted worlds, which out of desperation, I've also done, and am waiting on a response. But I'm not convinced nothing
can be done, which is why I'm posting here anyway.

I jsut don't understand how this could happen. First of all, xbox support themselves were the ones who had suggested a soft reset, which is why I listened. Secondly, I was specifically told to soft reset WITHOUT affecting games and apps and that's exactly
what I did so how would my saves be affecting by the reset in the first place? And even then, my games are all on an external hard drive, meaning there's no internal save data to be affected anyway. How could a soft reset (which I will once again remind you
I was effectively TOLD to do) corrupt my saves in the cloud, and ALL of them at that? Not only did I have like 8 other worlds which I've had for years and took great pride in, I had one world which my brother and I had dedicated over FIVE YEARS into. It was
a long term world and by far our most important, together we had written an entire universe of lore built around that one map, short stories, character profiles, documentation, a beastiary, I even made 3D models for some of the creatures. and drawn several
of the characters. We have near half the makings of our own game and it all started with this one world. I can't lose this world, and to make it all worse, if support is right and the saves are corrupted and there's nothing I can do, then I'm not just losing
this one, I'm losing EVERYTHING I'VE EVER MADE in this game.

Please offer me a solution, I've invested years of my life into this game, it's important to me.
