minecraft bedrock loading problem

tried this now and definitely doesnt work, also disconnected minecraft account rfom nintendo switch and still doesnt work

The first thing to try would be a power cycle of your console.

1. Hold the power button down for 10 seconds.

2. The console will now power down. Wait 30 seconds.

3. Unplug the power cable from the socket and the console.

4. Wait 30 seconds.

5. Plug the power cable back in and turn the console on. It will take a while to power up. When it has, sign back into your account.

How exactly is the game not loading anymore?

Does i show the splash screen and throws you back to the home screen?

Does the game start to the main menu of the game itself and then crashes?

Or do you get to the main menu, and you can't load a previous world?

Did all that and it still didnt work. He also has minecraft downloaded on his Nintendo Switch so he has even signed out of that now and is going to try getting online again on the xbox to see if this has actually affected the xbox connection
