    I buy the minecraft in ps4 and im furious. The game in unplayable. I cant login to Microsoft account. Servers is extremely laggy. Cant play with my friends at all. I cant play realms.and this issues is knowing for you for years now and you did nothing. The
    game is so broken is not consider a game. And i see you guys not having a problem to steal peoples money. And yes when you buy something and is not working that calling a theft.

    Im very curious to see someone for Microsoft to replied. But i i do think they care at all.

    The lag is not my internet connection. Any other game have no lag. And im not the only one lagging in my server.i cant logging to Microsoft account(all the time i have error and yes i try everything even to make a xbox account) game freeze when enter. Blocks
    disappear. Chucks dont load and fell to the void. We talking for extreme bugs. Im 27yo never in my entire life play a game with so severe bug im even surprice is released. In i see people have issues for months. Sorry for the tone but this is extremely bad.

    And about xbox section sorry but i dont even know where say that things. I need help

    Hello, I understand that you are angry, but let me ask you, if you bought the game for PS4, why are you in the xbox section? shouldn't it be in the play station forums?
    If it is a Lag problem in any case you have to check your internet connection, you may have problems with that.

    Need Help accessing the other version of Minecraft after both were given if you only owned one of them?

    If it's only Minecraft it means that it is the Minecraft Bedrock Edition that is for Xbox only, the license of Minecraft Bedrock for PC is a different license. This is why we're experiencing the issue, xTCN123x.
