Minecraft bedrock error message "unable to connect to world"

So my friend and I play have been having a problem with minecraft for like 4 or 5months now and its really annoying. We are always getting an error message and not letting us join each others worlds. But also I can join other peoples worlds with no problem at all but my friend cant. What is the problem? I want to know how to fix this problem. also we have tried the minecraft multiplayer setting and they are fine, and we also tried to shut down our devices and sign out of our mircosoft acount. Like about 2 months ago we were able to play minecraft again but the problem started again the day after and we still continue to try to join each others worlds and it still doesnt work. So PLEASE help my friend and I to find a solution to this problem. Please help us, She really wants to play minecraft and we are both upset we cant play togethor!

Hi Miguel, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If you can play with your other friends it can be an issue on your friend's end, first thing, please unfriend and re-add this specific friend.

After that, please ask your friend to try and use a different network then try to connect to your world.

By the way, what device your friend is using as well as yours?

Thank you for letting me know, Kirara_100. In this case, you may need to reach out to Mojang that way they can check what is causing the issue on their end.

I tried using mobile data and wifi connection (2 different wifi) and my friend tried mobile data and wifi connection too. But the problem is still there.

Nope, i don have any other friends to try that.

Have you tried a different network connection?

Also, have you tried joining a different friend's world?
