Minecraft Bedrock Edition PS4 Login Error

Minecraft: Bedrock Edition works just fine on my Xbox One and Nintendo Switch through my Microsoft Account, but on my PS4, I keep getting the same error when I try to login with my Microsoft Account:

“Failed to login

Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on ‘PlayStation Network’.

Please sign in with a Microsoft Account that is not already linked to an account on ‘PlayStation Network’.”

This confuses me because I have never logged in to anything on my PS4 using my Microsoft Account EVER. I’ve contacted customer support on both consoles and they either don’t understand what I’m talking about or just redirect me to the other console’s support
information, and I’m confused and frustrated.

On top of it all, when checking Bedrock Edition on my other consoles, most of my purchased skins and mash-up packs have been completely erased with the updates, which really sucks because this is the fourth time I’m going to have to re-purchase content in
this game because it keeps erasing my purchases every time it updates. I only initially logged into my PS4 because I was hoping it would have at least saved my skins and texture packs on that console, but I can’t even log in to check if they’re there.

I even contacted Nintendo’s customer support, and I was linked to the Mojang website, which has an even more convoluted series of walls to get over to get in contact with anyone. I would very much just like for everything to work.

Is there a way to unlink my account from this non-existent PS4 it’s connected to so I can connect it to mine?

Is anyone else having this problem?
