Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Xbox one X

I was playing minecraft bedrock edition and it was working perfectly fine I exited and saved and turned off my xbox but it didnt fully shut off I left for like 4 days came back turned it on loaded up minecraft and it was trying to sync and it failed I
hit cancel and then the game would not load any further nor go to the main menu after that I saw how to resolve that and that was to fully shutdown the xbox did that and then loaded the game but the game acted as if it was my first time playing it asking me
to adjust the screen my world saves were gone and I can see my old worlds when I sync them but it wont convert them itll do the download load nothing then immediately say there was an error and not convert anything I try to create a new world and it says I
lack storage space so now I'm upset that I dont see my old worlds and that I cant even create one I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it to see if that would do anything and as what had happened before happened again and now I'm at a loss on what to do
and really upset that my main world is possibly just gone
