The problem can also be related to your privacy settings, I suggest signing in to https://account.xbox.com/settings, and making sure none of the multiplayer permissions are blocked.

That's where the problem occurred, I change my settings and get the same message "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later".

I would try first to powercycle your console following the steps here
