    As mentioned you will need to contact mojang support in this regard.

    Had 2 of my friends that had this issue last year and Mojang support sorted the issue out for them as the issue was on Mojang side.

    Minecraft in-game chat issues would be best answered by Mojang support. "Ghost" muting may have to do with something on your Mojang account.
