    So I think that Minecraft Bedrock Edition should be on the Macintosh App Store because a lot of my friends use macs but they can only play on java edition so just like Microsoft reached out to Sony for Minecraft for PlayStation I think it is more than necessary
    to do the same and let the Apple Mac have Bedrock Edition and Xbox features

    They did it for the iPhone and iPad but not the Mac? Come on Microsoft!

    Also I find the same problem with friends that use Linux but make it a Linux only downloadable page. Then you might get another 50 mil downloads Microsoft...

    Hi Victor. I don’t know how you played Java in the past. Maybe it was via game pass.
    But if the game doesn’t appear purchased in your order history, it means that you don’t know it.

    About the Xbox edition, yes. It’s bedrock, but it’s the Bedrock for Xbox, not Windows

    The free Java edition was granted to the people who purchased Bedrock for windows.
    Any other platform is not eligible, only PC (and the opposite if you owned Java)

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox Communities Forum. Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition gives you access to Minecraft Java Edition on PC, Mac, and Linux, and Bedrock Edition on Windows 10/11. It does not give you access to the mobile version of Minecraft on iOS or Android. To play Minecraft on Android, you need to purchase it from the Google Play Store.

    Minecraft Java MacOs et iPhone

    As blueamcat has mentioned you cannot crossplay from Java to bedrock editions. Unfortunately Java is the only available version for Mac and linux users. Bedrock is the version that is the play together version which will cross platforms. Windows 10 edition,
    Pocket Edition, and console version all run bedrock.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox Communities Forum. "Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition" is only for Windows, Mac, and Linux devices. To play Minecraft on Nintendo Switch, you have to buy it on the Nintendo eShop or as a physical copy.
