minecraft bedrock edition classic skins reverting to steve or alex

i want to use the classic skin legacy suit steve but when i load up into cubecraft it changes back to steve or alex. i know this isnt the servers settings because everyone else has a skin. this happens with other classic skins too. i tried going into settings and turning off only allow trusted skins, but it didnt change anything.

Yes when I try to change my skin in Minecraft Java my skin is stuck on the Alex skin but the same skin works for the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft . And I have tried using another skin but that too did not work .

Did you redeem the Minecraft Earth skin on the Ps4 Edition or o the Bedrock version?
