Minecraft bedrock cross platform locating server

My friends can join eachother but when i try to join it just get stuck on locating server and never does anything im struggling and ive reinstalled my game and my console, btw im on a ps4 and they are too and i connected my xbox account. The only reason
i was on my bros ps4 was to be able to talk to them while playing minecraft anyway its not working.

I am having the same problems. But the other way arround. I can join my friends in their world. But no one can join mine. It is the shitiest thing that can happen. Can't show my friends anything. FIX THIS MOJANG!!!! Other wise I'd like a refund. I only
bought it to play with friends and show them my creations. All for nothing.

I have had the same problem, I get stuck on the locating server screen whenever I try to enter my friends world. Me and they all play on ps4 and we don't know the cause of the problem.

I have the same problem, microsoft and mojang keep saying restart the consoles and reinstall the game but none of that works! This has been happening since the ps4 bedrock release and im sick of it now.

We have played on the world twice in one month due to this problem , it seems to work once a few weeks then wont work for weeks. IM SICK OF LOCATING SERVER. This bug has stopped me and my friend from playing minecraft as mojang/microsoft are so lazy and wont
bother fixing this bug!

im on ps4 and my friends world is on xbox one. Ive also tried to join on ios edition and have the same issue!
