    Minecraft Bedrock all purchases missing


    Been in contact with Mojang and Microsoft for about two weeks now. Mojang can see I made the purchases and state they are in my inventory but they are not. They asked for proof of purchase so I went through over a year of bank statements and google play
    receipts to find them. I found them and sent them, now they are telling me I need screenshots from when I purchased the items over a year ago or a receipt from them. YOU DO NOT GIVE RECEIPTS WHEN PURCHASING FROM THE IN-GAME marketplace. Is this a joke? If
    this is not resolved soon, I will be reaching out for legal help with the matter. Then I will be going after legal fees and the purchases I am missing. I have provided proof. I have done my best to remember exactly what items I had purchased over a year ago.
    I have had people there say they can see my purchases. I will not go away. I will start flooding your call center and support center with tickets. I will seek legal help if this continues. I have literally spent tens of thousands of dollars on Microsoft products.
    This is the first time I have tried to get support. Mcdonalds has better support over a dollar cheeseburger. With all your billions of dollars, you would think you would hire a competent support team. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO HAVE THIS FIXED?

    Missing All Purchases Minecraft Bedrock

    Anyone? Update. I made several calls to Microsoft. They say they say they cant help or hang up. I have found google olay receipt from a purchase on my mobile a bank statement for another minecoin purchase. I was logged in with my Microsoft account. Could
    access content on my phone or PC.

    I have been putting in tickets with Mojang every day. Some i get no response. Some copy and pasted canned response. I have been told they can see and confirm i have purchased this content. I was even told by someone this would be an easy fix. Then never
    heard back. If you cant restore what i bought please just credit me the minecoins to my game. It shouldnt be this hard.

    I want to buy more stuff. How can i be confident in my purchase?

    No, if you purchase Minecraft Bedrock on PS4 and link your Microsoft account with your PS4 account, it will not sync the purchase with the accounts. Minecraft Bedrock purchases are tied to the platform on which they are made. If you purchase Minecraft Bedrock on PC, you will only be able to play it on PC. If you purchase Minecraft Bedrock on PS4, you will only be able to play it on PS4.

    However, there is an exception to this rule. If you buy Minecraft Java Edition on PC, you will also be able to play Minecraft Bedrock on your mobile device. This is because Minecraft Java Edition and Minecraft Bedrock are compatible with the "Minecraft Live" feature.

    The issue here is related to platform licensing differences, Minecraft Bedrock Edition on mobile (tablet) and Bedrock Edition on Windows PC are technically separate purchases, even though they’re both part of the Bedrock ecosystem.

    If you want to play on both devices, you’ll need to purchase Minecraft for Windows separately.
