Minecraft Bedrock Account Error

Minecraft bedrock edition and I didn't have an account it was a bedrock account

1. Go to the Xbox website and sign in with the Microsoft account you're trying to use to sign in to Minecraft Bedrock.

4. Make sure that "Ask for my password" is selected under "Security preferences".

5. Scroll down to "Apps and services" and click on "Apps and services that can access your account".

6. Look for Minecraft Bedrock in the list of apps and services and click on it.

7. Click on "Remove these permissions" and confirm that you want to remove Minecraft Bedrock's access to your Microsoft account.

8. Try signing in to Minecraft Bedrock again with your Microsoft account.

Good morning, you need to get in touch with Mojang Support.

Also, maybe this can be done by following these simple steps (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us#0:2:4):

Sign in to Xbox.com

Step 1: Scroll down and select Support at the bottom left under Xbox.
Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.
Step 3: Select Games, then "View Other Options"
Step 4: Select your problem
Select - "Show contact options"
Select - Request Support Call

I did try Mojang first. Their website says all support is moving to Minecraft.net . When I go there it says if I'm having any issues with the bedrock edition, to contact microsoft support. Also I never get an option to request a support call. All I get
is an option to post here.
