me and a friend we want to play minecraft in each other's world but whenever i try to enter her world

and she tries to enter mine this error occurs,

she plays on her cell phone and i on the pc,

she can connect to anyone else's world same way that I can also connect in the world of anyone else,

but when we try to play together this error happens, I tried everything and nothing

My friend and i have had this ongoing problem where he is unable to connect to my worlds but i can connect to his (connecting to my worlds works just fine for others) and we have no idea why. and advise or support will be helpful. Thanks.

Just to make sure is this the Xbox one edition or is it the bedrock edition of Minecraft?
