Minecraft and Xbox app issues with Multiplayer.

I am having trouble with hosting Minecraft pocket edition multiplayer worlds. When I create a Minecraft world

I make sure that multiplayer is turned on. When I create the world and go into settings multiplayer is off and grayed out so I can not change it. Also, when I send my friends Minecraft invites to join my world, they do not get the invite. When I go to the
Xbox app and go into settings friends of friends is turned off. When I try to turn it on, it says, “Sorry we can’t save your changes right now”. Below are screenshots.









I do not know why it says that. I use cellular data to play and I do not know if that is the problem.

This is what happens:

1. I create a world and make sure that I turn on “use cellular data”.

2. I make sure that multiplayer is turned on.

3. I create the world.

4. I go to the settings in the game.

5. Multiplayer is turned off and grayed out so I can not change it.

I do not know if the xbox app has something to do with the problem.
