    Minecraft and Playstation network


    Ive been playing online for a while now and today i try to play with a PSN friend but they wont show up. My microsoft account is connected but its not connected to my PlayStation network. Ive tried uninsalling and reinstall disnt help. Ive tried to sign out of my mirosoft account and sign back in with nothing. Restored licenses on my PS4 didnt help. I can see my cross platform friends... But not anything else. Realms doesnt even show up. I have to "sign into the PlayStation network" but i am. I have PS plus and my wifi is working just fine. My other online games also work. I dont know what to do.

    Hi Lucas,

    I use two platforms, PlayStation 4 and iPhone with same Minecraft account.

    And I linked same Minecraft to my PlayStation network.

    Hi Lucas,

    I only have one Minecraft account also only one PlayStation network account.

    I also try to create a new Minecraft to login same PlayStation network account, same error in both account - Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on “PlayStation Network”

    I’m very sure I use correct account to login my Minecraft account :(

    Yes, very strange.. that’s why I ask for help :(

    I only have one account on Minecraft and PlayStation network... so I can make sure account is correct.

    Any idea? Or how can I clear all link on Minecraft with PlayStation network? :(

    Minecraft Can't log in

    Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation™ Network account, it cannot be unlinked without loss of access to entitlements and Minecoins on other platforms.

    That is according to the Minecraft website.

    But mcirosoft can't manage its Sony platform either.

    If it were the case that your Microsoft account was having a problem, it would appear specifying this.

    But from the message that appears, it's either a Sony platform network error, or some Mojang link error where only mojang has access.
