    Minecraft and fire 10 tablet


    My son has a fire tablet. He used to be able to play minecraft and now it wont download on his cjild side of free time. Ive tried to uninstall, reinstall, clear the cache, etc and all he gets is the downloading wheel of annoying. It is downloaded and up to date on the parent side. I have 2 others whos minecraft works just fine. Can you help me with this or do i need to reach out to amazon?

    Just to confirm, you have one fire tablet and it has multiple users where parent profile is able to access the game just fine, correct?

    If that so, I suggest to uninstall the Minecraft game on all profiles. Once done, restart the device and install it back again on each profile.

    Despite fire tablets runs a custom Android version, Minecraft couldn't be downloaded on regular Android devices due to Minecraft was purchased on the Amazon Appstore, which is exclusive of Fire tablets.
