Minecraft - Allowing my son to access using his account

Thanks for the quick reply. The reason I purchased it on my account was that it would not let me purchase on his. I followed all the steps to set him up as a family member, yet it still would not allow the purchase. Very frustrating and I have half a mind to just have him play Roblox and forget about Minecraft and this whole experience.

I was able to add him to my family account. I was not able to complete the purchase using his account afterwards.

You can manage or change it anytime.

Just a friendly reminder though that you will be needing to purchase the game on his account. You will be needing to request a refund for the transaction, I would recommend waiting for the refund's team decision first before re-purchasing it.

Also, with a family group, it is made to manage child's account and security, it is not made to share games or subscriptions on other accounts on the family.
