    Minecraft aka.ms/reconnect


    I’m having problem connecting to Minecraft from Switch and PS5. When I go to the aka.ms/reconnect and log into my Microsoft account, I receive an error message stating that my email address is not found in the Microsoft.SharePoint.com directly. Therefore, I’m not even able to get to the site to enter my reconnect code. I contacted Microsoft support twice and both times, they told me to contact Mojang. I contacted Mojang support twice and both times, they told me it is something to do with Microsoft sign in issue so they can’t help me. Does anyone know how I can get this resolved? Thank you.
