minecraft achivemets black out screen?

I have lately for last few mouths aving issues with minecraft on xbox one with achivements. Any other game its been working fine but since befor the new minecraft update not only my account but accounts on same xbox are havin isues with any minecraft achivement.

what will happen is one person playing on game (only one player in world or more if so) would gain achivement . But ! the whole screen blacks out and the achivement on bottom of screen also kind of breaks and acts as if multiple are earned even if its only one achivemt earnt by the singlar account .

although its not a issue I will face untill next update other accounts on the console will still have it since either because they have more to earn or not.

plus the game still on even whhen it blacks out for the moment. its not long lasting but freezes everying you can move and do but not the game so its not a crash

i did uninstall the game and reinstall but that didnt work. so im not sure if its jut the game itself or my console suddleny hating minecraft achivemnts.

my question is .. is there way to fix this issue or will it be a minecaft fix? i had this befor update came but i thought it get patch so im unsure. i been playing this game for few years so this is suddent to happen to me.

First we may need to try isolating the issue, couple options left to try on your Xbox are these:

a. Power cycle your console:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

b. Perform a factory reset but select keep my games and apps and try again

c. In case you didn't try it, could be nice perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.

The fix I've found for this issue is to hold down the Xbox button for about 10 seconds which should hard reset your console. Then manually turn off your TV and turn on the Xbox One again. If you're not using instant on you'll need to turn on your TV again,
too.

Did you disconnect the power after fully shutting it down?

I did this and it hasnt happened since.

I 've heard microsoft are working on a fix so it should hopefully be fixed in the next system update which is in early march.

until then you could just use energy saving mode and switch back to instant on after the update.
