Minecraft account stopped working. Mojang support stopped responding.

I bought minecraft back in 2010 when it was in beta. At that time, I had a login and a password. There was an email address attached to the account, but it wasn't part of the login. I play on and off every few years. Last week, when I tried to login I was unable to. I then find out that accounts were migrated to microsoft, but mine was missed. Mojang support told me that they sent emails about it, but I've checked my emails and did not get anything from them. All I have is the initial purchase email with transaction ID from 2010 and a later password reset email from 2012. Nothing since. I suspect I was excluded from the migration notifications because my account was so old.

I contact Mojang support about this. There was a bit of back and forward and then they just closed my case. Mojang case ID 6324114.

This seems like a strange way to treat your customers, especially one that was an initial pioneer of the game, purchasing it while it was still in beta.

I can supply all the necessary information to validate my ownership of the game.

According to the official Minecraft website: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/account-migration-last-call

"On Sep 19, 2023, the migration of Mojang accounts has now been completed. It is no longer possible to migrate unmigrated accounts or make the move.

Unmigrated Mojang accounts will not be able to sign in to Minecraft.net or the Minecraft Launcher to migrate. In addition, starting September 19, 2023, Minecraft Support will no longer be able to assist in any MSA migration-related tickets."

"As of December 18, 2023, the post-migration process for Mojang accounts has officially ended. If you successfully completed the post-migration process, you should now have access to both Java and Bedrock editions.

When I click to login on xbox account the minecraft simply stops working.

I have the same issue.. reported to Mojang.

I already contacted minecraft/Mojang support and they sent me here since mojang accounts got removed and this is now a microsoft account issue. I would appreciate it if both supports/communities stopped playing table tennis with my problem and gave possible solutions to this messy situation.

Actually, mojang support responded again after a few days and fixed my old minecraft account. Now it's back working and has minecraft Java. Maybe they can help you too.
