minecraft account recovery

so i think that i had gotten hacked and i couldnt play minecraft but now i could log into my microsoft account witch i couldnt do before adn i tried downloading minecraft on my new PC but when i logged in it was a diffrent account or somthing. i think it made a new account because it didnt have the same name and the original name was Stig409 and this one was Stig40969 and then two number that i forgot. this account did not own minecraft and i could only play the demo. any way for me to recover my old account?
