I am very sorry for what you are happening, I understand that you are a problem to log in to your Minecraft account after migration. Here are some steps that you can try to solve the problem:

Check that you are using the correct email address for the session.

You can find the electronic email dirction of your Minecraft account on the configuration page of your Microsoft account.

Check that you are using the correct password for the session.

If you have forgotten your password, you can restore it on the configuration page of your Microsoft account.

Try to log in to the Minecraft pitcher with a different account.

If you can log in to the Minecraft pitcher with a different account, then the problem is related to your specific account.

If you are sure that you are using the correct email address and the correct password, and you can not start session yet, you may have linked your Minecraft account to a different Xbox account.

You can check this on the configuration page of your Microsoft account.

If you see two Xbox accounts linked to your Minecraft account, meaning that your Minecraft account vinulated to the incorrect Xbox account.

If you are having issues with accessing your Minecraft account after migrating it to the Microsoft Account, especially if the issue is on Minecraft Java, you'd need to contact the Minecraft Support.

But if the problem is on Minecraft Bedrock. check if you can sign in to this page: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/login

Use the Sign-in with Microsoft button.

That is indeed strange, if order was showing on your order history page you don't have to worry recovering your game license.

On the Minecraft page, have you tried the option to reset the password for your account again? The page should detect your Microsoft and Minecraft account when you attempt to reset the password.

Try signing in your account first on the https://account.microsoft.com website. Once you are signed in, go back to the minecraft login page to sign in with Microsoft account. Mine has been detected automatically upon doing this and you'll see your profile and username on the left if successfully logged in. If you have the launcher still installed, try to re-login on the Minecraft launcher.
