Discus and support Minecraft Account Multiplayer locked... in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I've tried everything I can, lifted the multiplayer restrictions on my account, changed my age, signed in and out a dozen times but I still cannot play...     Minecraft Account Multiplayer locked...


    I've tried everything I can, lifted the multiplayer restrictions on my account, changed my age, signed in and out a dozen times but I still cannot play multiplayer minecraft because of "account restrictions". Contacting support is like pulling teeth IF they ever answer.

    It seems that you are using a child account. So what you will need to do first is to create a parent account on https://account.live.com, make sure it is a parent account and the birth date should be above 21 years old then login to the Microsoft account on Xbox.com to create a profile.

    Once the parent profile has been created, please follow the steps on this link to add your child account with the parent, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12417/...

    After doing the steps above, sign in to the parent account using this link, https://account.xbox.com/settings

    Select your child account there so that we can modify the privacy settings of it then under the tab Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety.

    Be sure the options You can create and join clubs and You can join multiplayer games are allowed.

    Make sure that under Privacy, Xbox One/ Windows 10 online safety, everything is set as ALLOW and EVERYONE.

    Note: If you own a child account, make sure to ask the adult account of the family to change the settings for you, okay?

    Hey there, Spawner65! I'm very sorry to see any issues with multiplayer in Minecraft! What you're running into is likely an issue with your Xbox Live Gold. It doesn't appear that your account has Gold here on the forums because you've got a gray gamertag.
    Minecraft multiplayer requires Gold.

    The notification for Minecraft in the Service Alert is solely for sharing to Facebook, not multiplayer games.

    If you continue to have issues with multiplayer in Minecraft and you have Gold on your account, please post back so that we can look further into any possible issues. :)
