    Minecraft account migration resets everything


    I migrated my minecraft account recently and it has reset everything in my account. I've lost all singleplayer worlds and everything i had in multiplayer servers. I played hypixel a lot and had a quite high level but I've lost everything.

    It is definitely the same Microsoft account so I will reach out to Mojang and see if there is any way they can help. I'm also playing on PC and should have the singleplayer worlds locally somewhere. Thank you for your help.

    Sorry to hear that, usually the migration process doesn't reset nothing. Just to confirm, is the Microsoft account that you're using the same that you selected to migrate your Mojang account?

    If yes and you have the confirmation email about this process, the best option will be reach Mojang support and see if they can restore the progress made (multiplayer servers) for you

    About the single players worlds, depending on where are you playing they're stored locally. Where are you playing? PC, Xbox or Mobile?
