To see that option you need to go back in the Minecraft Java login screen in the launcher

If you’ve missed your chance to migrate, you no longer have access to your Java Edition account or Minecraft: Java Edition. To continue playing Minecraft, you will have to buy Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition using a Microsoft account.

If you had already migrated your minecraft account to your dad's account there is no way to migrate it again. According to Minecraft support, this migration is permanent.

This is assuming that's the migration you are referring to. But you can double check with Minecraft support.

You already migrated your account to Microsoft and that also will migrate your game to Microsoft store.

Try this:

simply open the Minecraft launcher, click accounts and sign out. Login using Mojang account (this will fail if you have migrated already), and then re-login using Microsoft account. This will 'reset' (without loss of data) the game back to normal allowing you to play offline.
