Minecraft account linking issue

Hi Lucas,

I’ve tried both the email addresses I’ve got and it isn’t working. It still says I need to connect to another one despite me only having the two.

Do you think I can get my account deleted entirely? It’s super irritating that it can’t be unlinked.

What if I contact Mojang??

I thought the only Microsoft account I had was this one that I’m signed into but when I use this login on Minecraft, it says that it’s linked to another one?

Is there a way to find the email that is linked to my account? That way I can figure out the login and sign in.

Unfortunately the only way to find what Microsoft account is linked to the PSN account is by trial and error. You need to keep trying.

But you can try to follow the steps on the URLs below to see if you remember the email and password for other Microsoft accounts you may have:

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Minecraft account. To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend that you try the following steps:



1. Log out of your Minecraft account and log back in again.

2. Check to see if your Minecraft account is linked to your Microsoft account. If it is not, link your Minecraft account to your Microsoft account.

3. If you have already linked your Minecraft account to your Microsoft account, try unlinking and relinking your accounts.

If the issue persists, try contacting Minecraft support directly. There could be an issue with your game license since Minecraft server/system is not detecting that your account actually owned the game.
