    Minecraft account linked with ps4 account?


    My Minecraft account on the PS4 is linked with a different Microsoft account than my own. I've contacted both Microsoft Support and Mojang support multiple times. Both parties say the other is responsible for fixing this issue. It's a classic case of "go
    ask mom" from both parties. It's beyond frustrating that this is a continuing issue that Microsoft has no intention of ever fixing. They don't even have any advice. They just lock the threads and tell us to contact Mojang. Then, when you DO contact Mojang,
    you're told only Microsoft support can help you. Why? Because they don't care at all. This has been an issue for me for over a year now. I've tried multiple times to get help. I have the emails from both parties telling me to contact the other. This runaround
    is completely ridiculous. I paid money for both versions of the game and I can't link them because someone else linked themselves to my account and no one is willing to help. The moderators on here should all be fired.

    I have linked my Microsoft account to my PS4 account in order to play cross platform minecraft. The issue is that I would like to play cross platform with my brother, who is playing using my Xbox One. My microsoft account is now associated with

    Minecraft on PS4 is not Attaching to Microsoft Account

    Hello, In order to fix this, you'll need to find the Microsoft account that you used the first time on Minecraft for PS4, it does not matter if you create a new Microsoft account because is the PS4 account the one that's linked to a specific Microsoft
    account. If you don't remember which Microsoft account you used, you can go to Mojang support for them to check what's the Microsoft account that's linked to your PS4 account for Minecraft.

    I do not understand why Minecraft has to have Xbox live, Microsoft and mojang just to play the game.
    HI,

    Minecraft needs a Xbox Live account and running subscription as its a ONLINE game. You need the Microsoft account as Xbox Live is a Microsoft gaming platform and you need to sign in with your Microsoft account for access to your games , etc.

    Okay I understand that now but it still don't help with what I need to know to fix the problem. I need to know how to unlock Microsoft from a psn account. I understamd you can go into the minecraft game and u link the account that way. But its not fixing
    the issue. I can not go on my psn and create another account because it keeps saying my microsoft account is linked with another account
