This isnt a minecraft account issue, it is microsoft account.

how is a minecraft issue if the account is a microsoft account?

Just in case have you already contacted Mojang support? In terms of accounts, they hold most if not all of the purview over them and may be the best ones to solve this issue.

Sorry to hear about what happened. You mentioned that it was properly migrated to one of your Microsoft accounts, however, the game is not available after it was migrated.

If so, kindly check all your Microsoft accounts by going to your PC Settings > Accounts > Email & Accounts to see all your accounts you've used to ensure that you've thoroughly check them. I also suggest checking them at minecraft.net/login instead of the Minecraft launcher.

Ensure that you're also logged in using the correct account at Microsoft Store app and Xbox app as well.
