    Minecraft Account Issues


    Hello everyone, good evening.

    I'm writing to ask for some clarification regarding Minecraft and Microsoft.

    More than three years ago, my account was compromised. The strange thing is that it had already been properly migrated and linked to one of my Microsoft accounts.

    Since then, whenever I try to log in with any of my Microsoft accounts, my Minecraft account doesn’t appear — instead, I only see the "Buy Minecraft" button.

    The account still exists, as I have confirmed on NameMC.

    Account Name: Vayzom1
    Minecraft Version: Minecraft Java

    Just in case have you already contacted Mojang support? In terms of accounts, they hold most if not all of the purview over them and may be the best ones to solve this issue.

    This is an in-game account concern which is your Minecraft account.

    I am encouraging you to reach out to Minecraft Support: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new... and check directly with them on what happened to your original Minecraft account wherein somewhat it was deleted because you were able to manage creating a new account using the same email address linked to your Minecraft account.

    Rest assured they'll be able to help out because they are the experts when it comes to any in-game account related concerns like this.
