    minecraft account issue


    due to a series of unfortunate events and shinanigans everything from one microsoft account was transfered over from one email to another, but now i have two microsoft emails one with all the info purchases and everything saved EXCEPT for my minecraft licens and account i was hoping i could get this fixed so that my minecraft account is linked to the actual email/microsoft account i want to use, i have access to both and the one that has my minecraft account i plan to delete but i can't currently due to it having my minecraft account

    I just had to deal with this today.

    Xbox support says they don't have access and that any Minecraft account issues need to be resolved by the Windows account team. The Windows account team says that they don't have access and that any Minecraft account issues need to be resolved by Mojang's support.     Just in case have you already contacted Mojang support? In terms of accounts, they hold most if not all of the purview over them and may be the best ones to solve this issue.
