    Minecraft account Issue


    I bought Minecraft around a year ago and a was fairly inactive but then I wanted to get back into it but I can only play bedrock edition and for bedrock edition it says that I'm a game pass subscriber not that I have purchased the game, I have purchased the game which came with both edition and realized this recently and looked online for people that have had the same problem as me with no answers so I am asking me any help to get my Minecraft java account back would be very helpful. I don't think it was a migration issue as I used my Microsoft account to buy the game

    I just had to deal with this today.

    Xbox support says they don't have access and that any Minecraft account issues need to be resolved by the Windows account team. The Windows account team says that they don't have access and that any Minecraft account issues need to be resolved by Mojang's support.     Hello,

    Yes it is in Minecraft launcher, but it was associated with Xbox account, currently the auto login feature also applies to Xbox apps I have installed on my computer, therefore it is both a issue with Minecraft launcher and Xbox, it is kind of also a Microsoft account issue since my Minecraft account was my Microsoft account.

    Just in case have you already contacted Mojang support? In terms of accounts, they hold most if not all of the purview over them and may be the best ones to solve this issue.
