Minecraft account help

Hi. I've the Minecraft PS4 edition but my PS4 is linked with someone's account and I'm unable to unlink it to play with my account. This PS4 has been always mine, but I got hacked and someone had make another console the primary one. I had to wait several months to regain my account and all but ever since I'm unable to play Minecraft with my account linked.

I just want to unlink that someone's account from my Minecraft to be able to link my own. Thanks.

Unfortunately content transfer between accounts is not possible.

About the recovery form, that's the last option if you are not able to access to the account.

I can advise you to fill the form with different but accurate info.

In cases like, here in the public forums no one Microsoft agent with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies
