Minecraft account has been hacked & now locked out

My daughters Minecraft account was hacked. We can't get into the microsoft account linked to her Minecraft account anymore. Her microsoft account was removed from my Family account shortly after . We reached out to Mojang but they said that we had to reach out to Microsoft Support. Is there anyway that she can get her account back without starting all over again? Thanks.
