My account in minecraft got stolen was migrated on this account they ve changed the email adress on my minecraft acount that was migrated on this **** **** platform.

Hello Ace_9T, when it says that your account has been hacked and put extra safety, means that they have activated 2FA, if you have activated I believe that you will not be able to recover your account.

To try to get some help for your case the ideal would be to contact Xbox customer service via chat and request an AT (Account Takeover to see if they can help you.

If someone had managed to change the information for your account, then possibly you are right that it is already been hacked. I am afraid that it will be hard to recover the account since the process of account recovery will require identifying the information associated to your account. I know how annoying account hackers and thefts can get. Kindly follow the steps below.

If you bought Minecraft: Java Edition from the official page (minecraft.net), you should receive a email. The email acts as a proof you paid/own the Minecraft account. However, since you do not have the transaction ID, you'll have to go to your credit card website and find the proof that you paid for the game. (Note that I do not own a credit card so I don't really get how that system works, but there must be some sort of transaction proof.) If you found the transaction proof, simply give it to a Minecraft support agent. Please note that any support agent, Microsoft, Xbox, Mojang, Minecraft would not ask for your password or credit card information.

If you bought Minecraft: Bedrock Edition (known as Minecraft for Windows or Minecraft for Windows 10), then everything should be fine. Simply log into the Microsoft account, and click Download.

If you bought Minecraft: Java Edition from a third party site, you'll have to contact the seller. I'm afraid neither Mojang/Minecraft or Microsoft can help on that.

If you know who stole your account (such as a friend or classmate), kindly ask them to give it back. If they refuses, ask an adult.
