And this minecraft account was migrated so i bought it before microsoft acquired minecraft

It's possible that it was shared through your PC where the account that was signed in to your Microsoft Store owned Minecraft.

Either way, the game has to be purchased under your account in order to play it. Do you have any transaction history or email about acquiring the Minecraft for Windows?

Based on your description, you will need to find and sign in to the Microsoft account where you have your Minecraft game acquired for free. Any license you acquired in your Microsoft account whether it's free or paid, it will show on your order history.

In order to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft game was acquired, you will need to sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > then go to Payment and Billing > Order History > select the date of range when you got the game on your account.

From there, check if you have any Minecraft transactions. If you have found the transaction, use the same Microsoft account to log in to your console and check if you will be able to install the game.

If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.

Tried that, open browser went to Microsoft store, went to buy download Minecraft sent me to Microsoft store app said download clicked on download then said pending then downloading then acquiring license then error code 0x803FB107.
