Minecraft $5 discounted price not available

Have seen a couple posts about it, but not seen any answers. I own minecraft on the 360 in digitial form, and have for about a year. Yesterday, and today, the Minecraft purchase price for me is listed at $19.99 instead of the discounted price -- both in
the One store and at xbox.com.

I qualify under all conditions of the FAQ -- and earlier in the week I saw Minecraft at the $4.99 discounted price for 360 owners in the Xbox One Store. I was in the middle of a gigantic download so I did not get it at that time and did not want to chance
a download issue.

Is there currently a problem with the Live service/Store or a probem with the price due to the new year? I'd really like to take advantage of the discount and understand it was supposed to be good for a year from release. I went back histoically and I've
seen perioidic issues with the pricing in the forums.

Have to say, the transtion to the Xbox One has been a lot more bumpy than I expected these last couple weeks. Still playing my 360 more often.

Discounted price for Minecraft isn't there.

Same issue here. I have minecraft digitally for the 360 and do not see the discounted price. Played it today in fact.

 

Same thing happening to me I hope they fix this it has been 2 days since I got my xbox one so it should be discounted now

 

I am experiencing the same problem, I have had Minecraft on my 360 for almost two years and I am not offered the reduced pricing when I sign in to my account. I hope we get an answer for this soon because I am excited about the new update that was recently
released.

 

Same here, I've been waiting for it to go back, but it hasn't. I've had minecraft since it came out practically, and when I first got on xbox one on Tuesday December 30, it was five dollars. I didn't have the money in time, and I figured it would just stay
that price anyway. When I got on the next day it was $20 again. Since many people have this issue I thought the problem would resolve itself by now, but apparently not... I'll wait for it to be discounted again, but the waiting is taking too long now.

Same issue here, I contacted Xbox Support but they couldn't do anything about it.

 

Just a heads up I digitally downloaded it for Xbox 360 and now I'm trying to do the same on Xbox one

 

Hey Xbox, hope this goes in the right spot im unsure where to post about the problem I have. So I recently purchased an Xbox one (Yay) and have been having alot of fun with it, alot of new features and such all of which I am a fan of. To my problem I had
read that you would offer minecraft at a lower price to people who had already purchased it on the Xbox 360, now I did see it in store for 4.99 for me but was going to wait to the new year as I had spent alot of money already on the holidays and was trying
to save a little just incase anything came up. I am now sad to see that minecraft is full price for me in the store, just inquiring to see if that is a mistake or if that was a limited time offer.

Hello, I owned a digital copy of Minecraft for the Xbox 360 but it is still trying to charge me $20 on the Xbox One version. I've seen some other people with this problem today but have not seen a tread about it. Only solution Xbox Support gave was to leave
my Xbox.com account signed in for 48 hours on my PC. Have already tried a hard reset and logging out and back in. Does anyone have a solution?

I have the same problem. I even went and updated Xbox 360 edition just in case.
