    Minecraft 3rd Birthday skin pack not working but installed


    So I have had the Minecraft 3rd Birthday skin pack for awhile and now when I load up the game I had the steve skin on. so I went to change my sin to Erik (The skin I use) and the skin pack was locked. When I selected it it said to unlock it, bot when I
    went to do it the menu wouldn't let me click download. If anyone could find a solution please help. Thank you.

    Usually the birthday skin packs are only released onto xbox live for a limited time (around the birthday of Minecraft). Keep an eye on the for the next birthday of Minecraft, chances are the skin pack will be released again at that time.

    Some content according to Mojang is not available in the bedrock version.

    Clean the MAC from your console and then click the menu button on the game icon and go to manage games and add-ons and see if you find something available to be installed and then look in the game marketplace.

    Clean your console's MAC

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.
