    Minecraft 360 Child Account Online Game Not Available


    This is a bit of a doozy...and I am entirely flabbergasted. As the title states, my child's XBox Gamertag cannot play Minecraft online on the 360, but my account can play online just fine. Just a quick rundown...

    I also have Minecraft for XBox One, and my child's account can play online just fine on that.

    I have XBox Live Gold, and my child's account is linked to mine.

    My XBox 360 is set to 1080p.

    My child's privacy settings are set to allow for online play.

    All content restrictions are off.

    Please, for the love of god, does anyone have any suggestions?

    Have a read through this.

    Make sure you create child accounts for you kids, as a lot of parental control options are only available on child accounts.

    I have the same issue. But will the child account also be connected to xbox live, giving me the ability to set parental controls for age appropriate things while still allowing the kids to play online for games like Minecraft? Also, how do I actually make
    a child account that's linked to an adult xbox live account? Sorry, I'm not exactly a 360 novice.

    Well if you have HD, splitscreen has to work... check to clear your cache... YOU WILL HAVE TO UPDATE ALL GAMES... IT WONT TAKE GAME SAVES UP

    What about sharing social media etc. Is that restricted? Minecraft can be shared to facebook, it's possible you may need to have that option on.

    Can i synch worlds I create on Minecraft Xbox 360 edition to my Android tablet?

    Because Xbox 360 edition for minecraft is not supported anymore, I think you are only able to play local co-op instead of online multiplayer. I could be wrong though. If minecraft Xbox 360 does support multiplayer co-op, then the problem could be that
    your kids have child accounts and their permissions for online multiplayer is turned off. I hope this helps!
