Most 32-bit apps and games can run just fine on 64-bit versions of Windows 10 (Windows 11 is only 64-bit).

What program are you having issues with?

forza 5 is not loading for me too . i have windows 11 rtx 3080 ,ryzen 9 7950x , 32 gb ddr5 ram

Having the same problem as hungryfatbear, app starts to load, stuck at a green screen. Its the 11. version and this only started after the latest windows 10 update.
