    Minecraft 1.67 crashing on xbox one s, not on box one


    Hello. I just upgrade from xbox one to xbox one s 1TB. But after running minecraft, I'm a bit confused.

    On xbox one S, after loading world minecraft randomly freezes and returns to home screen.

    On first xbox one 500gb is everything ok.

    Any ideas?

    Hard reset on console as well reset your router unplug it for 30 seconds. Wait for your connection is back online and turn on your Xbox Console on. Hopefully work

    me and a co worker both have the same problem with Minecraft. he has an S but I have an xbox one x original. we both deleted the game and reinstalled but it still crashes as soon as we attempt to open it

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.

    Tried many times. Contacted Ms support, then I'll see.

    Dont have any friend with xbox one S to try minecraft on taht konsole.

    We understand the issue!

    A suggestion here, try a soft factory reset on the console.

    This can be done by:

    1. Going into Settings
    2. Find System
    3. Select the option of Console Info
    4. Find Reset Console
    5. And then select Reset and Keep My Games and Apps
    Try following this My Xbox One game won’t start or freezes during gameplay article.

    Let us know if this works!
