Minecraft 1.19 update install issue

Hi

Attempted to play Minecraft today but got a message that an update was required. It's been "installing" now for almost an hour and is only 1.66gb. It's current stuck on 68%. Been resetting the Xbox One at least 10 times and it goes up a few percent every so often. Anyone else having the same issue?

Could you try turning off and unplugging both your console and your modem/router for a few minutes? 2 - 3 minutes should be enough.

I'm not prepared to reserve it to factory sorry as I have other games I'm not willing to lose the saved data on. I've tried cancelling the install but it's still showing and I can't play Minecraft without updating it!

As a fellow gamer, I understand how this kind of situation can be frustrating. I'm sorry you are going through this.

• Would you mind doing a soft factory reset? like this:

- Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset Xbox > Keep games and apps

Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (email and password) to complete the setup process.

*** Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and Xbox Live services, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud.

• If the reset doesn't work, or you'd rather not do it as a first option, you can try canceling Minecraft's update. Please keep in mind this might result in having to reinstall the game again.

- Is your installation queue giving you an "Installation stopped" error, or is it simply progressing very slowly?

- Could you run a network speed & statistics test at Settings > General > Network settings? please let me know its results.

Hi! I'm having the same issue with the new update and ive tried all of those things and none of it worked. It's perfectly fine on mobile and switch of from what I know of and I just want to play with my friends but when its updating it gets stuck at 99.9 and when I reset it it goes down to 0.00 again. Please help.
