    minecraft 1.19.2 not responding


    So I just bought the minecraft java edition and the launcher works fine but when I hit the "Play" button it jsut gives me a white screen with "minecraft 1.19.2 not responding" in the title. I am running on Windows 11 and have updated to the latest java edition and have tried restarting a few times with no success. Does anyone know how to solve this issue. Thanks

    Additional information is needed, please answer the following questions to assist you properly:

    Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11?
    Is this the first time that you try to play Java edition or was you able to do it previously?
    If you try to play a previous Java edition, the same happens?

    If yes, try allocating more ram to the Java virtual machine

    I'm on switch and this SAME thing happens to me. It says that 1.19.20 is the latest, but it isnt

    1.19.10 is the latest update. Yes, it’s stupid and makes no sense to us. 1.19.2 is the previous version.
